CrossFit Fundamentals: $130 For 5 Sessions (Fundamental Training is done by appointment only. You MUST reserve a spot as space is limited. You are required to attend these training sessions in order. This only goes for fundamentals training as we have a lesson plan that we use and everyday is written out in order of movements learned. If for some reason that you do not make a training session during fundamentals, you will need to set up a personal training session with a coach to make up that training session at an additional cost to you. It's very import to attend each and every training session during fundamentals. So please don't miss any of your training.

Drop In Rate:
$20 per Training Session. Drop Ins, please email prior to attending a training session. Please show up early to sign our release of liability waiver. Please practice good barbell etiquette. We do not drop barbells from over head. Please control your bounces. Please put weights and barbells back where you got them from, and if you use chalk, please clean up your mess.
Personal Training: $65/Hour Per Session Based On Client Needs

CrossFit 101: $250 (One Time Fee) This program runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6am for a 4 week period. (12 Training Sessions) After completion of this 4 week training, you may choose between the regular UNLIMITED packages available. You MUST reserve a spot as space is limited.
