Strength & Conditioning (CrossFit)

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for everyday people as well as professional athletes. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. This Program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity to fit your needs.

Fundamentals Training

In Fundamentals Training you will learn all of the fundamental movements that we use in typical Strength & Conditioning / Endurance Training as well as everyday life. This training is done on a 1:1 Personal Training basis. Set up a NO SWEAT INTRO and get started today.

Endurance Training

Endurance Training is an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential. We inspire, coach, and provide our community with the most aggressive and proven fundamentals of sports science, exercise physiology, nutrition, and athletic training protocols.

Power and speed are critical components to success in the endurance world. Our programming is structured, sport-specific and seamlessly integrated with Olympic lifts, powerlifting, gymnastics movements, explosive activity and mobility-based support.

Our strength and conditioning approach for endurance athletes is unparalleled. We incorporate the CrossFit fundamentals of being constantly varied.

Russian Kettlebell

Technique is imperative for all exercise programs to be successful. Kettlebell does not stray from this. Kettlebell is a total body workout which employs ballistic exercises that combine agility, flexibility, cardiovascular and strength training. Explosive movements are essential to developing strength and a strong core.

BEEHIVE BARBELL CLUB

The BEEHIVE BARBELL CLUB focuses on your WEIGHTLIFTING [Olympic lifts/Clean & Jerk and the Snatch] Our Barbell Club meets 3x a week and is a separate program from CrossFit. The program is written in 6 week blocks. Commitment is key if you want to succeed. It is included in your membership so anyone who wants to join, may join after an interview with the Head Coach.

YOGA

Yoga typically emphasizes physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana). Yoga can help improve general wellness by relieving stress, supporting good health habits, and improving mental/emotional health, sleep, and balance. It can also relieve low-back pain and neck pain, and possibly pain from tension-type headaches and knee osteoarthritis.

OPEN GYM

Open Gym is offered 3x a week at 8am and 4pm. You may come and work on whatever you need to. The gym is at your hands. Their is always a Coach on duty and is available for questions/coaching.
